Did you know that there’s a workout group for the ladies the meets here at the church from 5:30 to 6:30 am on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays? Our workouts are adaptable for any fitness level, and are designed to help you with strength, endurance, agility, mobility, flexibility… but more importantly, to help you feel good in your body so you can go do good for others the rest of the day., Best of all, it’s a great way to build relationships with other ladies from our community.
